    ok ra ang comcast non-voice?...
    i had my JO pag friday na lang...
    i'll be processing my basic requirements this week...
    can u guys give me a lil background if what is in store for comcast account sa CVG?...
    lisod ba xa or what?...
    any information would be of great help...

    haaaaayz katawa lng ko sa mga post sa uban oi. pasuhito2x hahahaha

    if your going to work with COmcast, usa ra ako maingon, SUGOT DAYON! sayon ra ang account, samot na if naa kay technical background. yes, chat support cya. pero pareho ra man sa nagtalk ka ug mga clients sa phone. aw actually mas lisod cya kay if regular na ka, you get to chat with 4-6 customrs in one setting. in a voice account, naa mo ana? mao ayaw ninyo imaliit ang chat support kay mas lisod pa na ug voice account kung tanawon nimo.

    daghan man LOB sa comcast, asa man ka assigned? if chat support jud ka, adto ka sa sales or erep. and if erep ka handle ka ug duha la service sa comcast. paksit ka kay handle ka billing, troubleshooting, networking, tanan about sa 2 ka service. pero maanad ra man ka ig kadugayan. ang erep ang pinakacool nga trabaho sa comcast. mga sikat mi diha! hehe pero naa sad voice account sa comcast, handle kag 1 ka service nga tech support. pero if ako nimo, pag erep!

    about sa pay, gamay? hahahaha wat your heart out kay pareho ra ug pay sa starting sa uban agents sa cvg. and if naa kay previous call center exp, mas maayo. naa pay mga performance bonus, mga additional if maregularized naka. pag regular nako paksit and 18.5k. karon nga TL na, di ko musilti kung pila. hehehehe ;p

    and by thew way, relax if sugtan ka nga 1 window = 1 customer and dili queueing. pero if muspike na, busy pa kas ilaga. nice lng kay pwede ka mka ask sa imo tapad, tl (nako), and mga fs. pwede sad ka mka inom2x and eat (ay lng pakita sa guard).

    basta the HR told me na chat support daw ko...
    then i'll be having 9 weeks of training man ngali to...
    wasn't really sure how many weeks...
    hehehehe...

    the next best thing na ako buhaton after ma complete ako requirements si to pass PST...
    is it true na if di kapasar sa PST taktak jud dayn sa CVG sa walay pag duha duha??...
    dili diay i re-profile if mahagbong?...

    if hagbong ka for PST, there are cases nga ilabay ka sa ubang account if desperado ang CVG, but if dili, buy-an jud ka nila.

    Ang advantage sa chat kay ok ra if di kaayo nindot imo accent, the drawback is, documented tanan gi type nimo nya mao ni ang iQA. and for most of us, maslisod ang mag type kay sa magsulti hahaha.

    but like all jobs, once maanad naka kay cge balik balik, smoooooth sailing na.

    pero sa comcast man ko gi assign... non-voice...
    hopefully, things would turn out fine for me...

    someone referred me man...
    from microsoft to xa...
    wait for their call lang, online man kaha u ni apply??...
    phone screen pa man na una...
    then pa adtoon dayn ka sa ila location...
    interview and series of exams dayn...
    ila ra man na tan.awn if asa ka pwede nila ibutang...
    but they will ask u if what imu gi applyan for...
    just tell them bluntly na u want to be in TSR then try asking them about comcast non-voice support...
    basin adto ka nila ibutang, depende sa imu performance sa exams...
    ^_^...
