and by the fact that i am still here writing this message in spite of the fact that i have done this many times before is a living example in the "lies" we tell ourselves and others.

OT: i have a question for the CPS guys. does the Bible and prayer help in "purging" or exorcising the demons and/or bad spirits? if so, what certain Bible verses or certain prayers could help? has it been "scientifically" proven?

regarding exorcisims
there are certain verses in the Bible, said in Latin that does work on possesions
(as an observer of some posession cases in Manila..was till not in the paranormal world then)
but nor proven scientifically, of course, coz no one dares to study them
no one has ever yet collated case reports on this subjects and those considered paranormal
to make it into one scientific study...so that's why a lot of scientific paranormal groups
out there are now obsessed in documentation in the hope that the paranormal could be bridged
to conventional science.

The series "supernatural" has one episode on exorcism
and ung ginamit nila na verses for exorcism was from the Book of Solomon na Latin

Apart from that...Psalm 23 and the Lord's Prayer are used for protection
by some of Christian witches i know
whereas some evoke St. Michael archangel and st. benedictine's prayers
