I think this is right. Lawmakers should make stiffer penalties and the police should focus their efforts in DUI driving instead.

ang implementation man ani sa LTO maoi wai klaro, bsan asa ka mo pa drug test pasar nman ka daan...
usa nis mga violation nga "ningas kugon." nkahinumdum ko sa una when this "drug test" will be included sa pagfile ug license...daghan optimistic nga makatabang nis pagsugpo sa mga user/addict.

but sa pagdagan sa panahon nasama rasd ni sya sa mga daghan pang violation/balaud nga nabaliwala...

dapat lang ni oi... dugang lang ni sa atong gasto either pagkuha or pag renew sa license...

ako pud point is dali ra lagi ang result sa drug test?!! it would only took 10-15 minutes naa na dayon!! dili bah klaro ang screening sa atong ihi nga gi submit nila ngadto...

kung ako sad driver, kung kahibaw ko hapit na ko mo renew, so di usa ko mo-suyop 1-2 weeks before my renewal so, lusot gihapon.

gawas kung buhok gamiton sa LTO which is more expensive than urine testing.
