this is the 3rd thread about LTO new bala-od (KUNO)

i hope ma merge ni na thread with the others kay ang pikas thread nag plano mag fun run or a sort of ralley in front sa LTO.

why not mg sugod sa sila dakop sa mga namaligya ug mga parts na pang modify sa motor. kay if walay namaligya ani nga mga parts wala man sad siguro makapalit.

I think we should do what the bikers did in Manila when the ordinance about the helmet plate number thing was imposed, a large number of people gathered up together to show their oneness in protesting against the enforced ordinance. So does in our case here since they cannot come up with valid reasons but rather lame excuses only. But this will require union among us in great numbers in order to get their attention and probably nullify this particular ordinance. It's not easy for those who have already spent so much on the modification on their bike to just dump these expensive accesories and will just be deemed futile. Maybe one of us here has the leadership quality to form a group and rally in front of the LTO.

If i may ask, is this prohibition for modification and also wearing of slippers applied here in Cebu only or still the same in Manila? I've heard also that they're also imposing a closed type or full faced helmet, how true is this?

unsay kiat??... i do agree with you nga daghan nagkiat nga 2 wheel riders sa dalan, pero makita sad nmo nga daghan pud bya cagers badlungon sa dalan. depende ra na sa driver bay. be it 2 wheel or 4 wheels. sa HAMBOG lng na mopdagan. and about modified.... i dont also agree with very loud mufflers, they should be stopped. pero daghan sad bya saba kau nga 4 wheel vehicles. so it should be FAIR.

kung naa mi ikagasto sa amo pag usab sa amo motor, akan privelege na namo nga naa mi kwarta. di man mi pareha sa uban nga wlay kwarta kay daghan kaung KABIT. ang pagmodify sa sa motor bay, hilig na cya. pero not to the extent nga pataka lng.

like sa side mirrors... angay jud na nga naa ug USABLE, dli nang gagmay ha.

grabe jud dakop ani oi. akong amigo grabe kaayo ka modified sa exterior iyang motor karon hibung lang ko nabalik sa stock. ako pud intawn mag jeep nalang tungod ani kay di ko ganahan ug hasol. maayo unta ma sulbad na ning problemaha.
