I'm considering an online writing job offer that pays a flat monthly rate. Mao ni sya ang initial details:

Job: Varied forms of writing, depending on the client websites' requirements
Hours: Monday to Friday only
Pay: Initial pay is 350. After one month, naa bonuses

1. What questions must I ask potential online employers so I can avoid being scammed? (kanang di pod offensive paminawon)
2. Experts and online work veterans, how do you investigate the identity and the credibility of the person or the business?
3. What needs to be bargained (aside from the pay)?
4. What are the indicators that the employer I'm dealing with is a scammer?
5. What things must I consider before closing any deal and taking the risk?
