need help.. video editing

does anyone know how to:

1. put two frames (or whatever that is called) in one clip? like sa news for example, where there is a smaller window for another reporter.. something like that..

2. put graphics or animation in the video clip? not just plain effects like color, etc, but kana jud graphics.. example ang taw sa video kay butangan ug cartoon na tears, or hearts, or sungay...

the first one kahibaw ko ana.. mag use ka ug sony vegas... you add two videos in one frame.. ikaw lang bahala sa pag adjust adjust..
ang second one wala ko kahibaw.. maybe na a ra na sa ubang editing software..

Kung power kaayo imo computer, gamit ug adobe after effects para sa number 2. Pero kung dili kaayo power imo computer, gamit ka ug CyberLink PowerDirector. Naa silay mga template daghan, puede sad ka maghimo imo .PNG na picture as object na imo ipuno sa imo movie like tears, flowers, etc.

Sa number 1 puede ra sad sa CyberLink PowerDirector. ang tawag ana PiP or Picture in Picture.
