The product called SplashPad, is a base device that an electromagnetic surface which can charge single/several devices using electromagnetic Induction.The device comes in 2 sizes, one provides enough surface for a single device, and the other one for mutiple device use. To get power, the device that needs to be charged must have a receiver coil built in, or an adapter clipped at their back.The company already has demonstrated such adapters/receiver coils for the iPod min. The company also plans to sell the SplashPad to car manufacturers, hoteliers etc to provide inbuilt SplashPads in cars, hotel rooms, lounges etc. where people can walk in with their SplashPad compatible devices and charge wirelessly.
