There are trillions of possibilities when generating credit card numbers. You'd have to be really lucky to get a valid one. Even then, you'd physically need a card or a security number for that card. So yes, you can generate the numbers? Will that number be valid? Very unlikely.

You guys laugh about this, but this is exactly the reason why foreign eCommerce sites hesitate to do business with the Philippines. Not only is it almost impossible to use these credit cards these days, but it is also not doing any good for the Philippines.

bay inherent man ni nga problem bay sa mga eCommerce nga site..apil man ni sa risk na ilang gi take sa pag decide nila to put their business on the net..theres really nothing we can do about that..if tinuod imong giingon nga mao ni ang reason nga mga foreign eCommerce sites mag hesitate pag himo ug business with the Philippines, I think sayop ka bay..or else they wont do any eCommerce business at all..kay as I said kung naa ka eCommerce nga site nagatake ka ani nga risk, it doesnt matter where you are or where you operate and you can only get away from this kind of risk if mo-undang ka or dili ka maghimo ug eCommerce nga site..
