Bro 1st open the task manager go to processes and look for explorer dn end process that one
2nd go to applications click new task and type CMD (Command Prompt)
3rd Under from DOS type del c:\autorun.inf /f/s/q/a (enter) f u hv other local drive just follow the step good luck bro...

bro dili na ang main file sa virus nga naa nimo.. bisan pa ug idelete na nmo .. mubalik gyud gihapon na.. kay ang main file naa pa..

best solution, get an antivirus.. kaspersky, or AVG..

Murag dili mana virus ang autorun.inf. Mao raman tingali na ang file na nag-point/nag-call sa tinuod na virus. Try na ug open ug notepad file, makita nimo kung unsa ang virus na iyang gitawag.
Sa ako experience ana, more or less pareho2x kang giancarlo ang steps na ako gibuhat. Run\cmd then didto nimo wagtangon ang autorun.inf. Usahay naa pana kauban na RECYCLER folder.
Pero I think that doesn't really kill the virus, it just kills autorun.inf that calls the virus(?) lol

Dili gyud na virus brad. Mao ra nay manawag sa tinuod nga virus. ma open na nimo sa notepad unya tan awa ang iya sulod if unsa nga filename ang iya gitawag. Usually. com or .exe na, brad.

Madelete man nimo na ron pero usually, mobalik ra japon na if you will not use a solid antivirus with the latest virus definition files.

Try to post unsa ang sulod sa autorun.inf, sir. . .

Ako lang ika advice, boot up in safe mode and run full system scan.

But the best is to go into system registries to kill it from its roots gyud.
