Hi ppl,

Kahibao mo where ta makakita ug manual or guide ug unsaon pag use ining Speedtouch 511e router nag google ko pero wala man ko makit-an. I wanted to tinker with the advance functions niya like packet inspection and firewall configuration pero wala ko makakita on how to do it, got the router from Globe pero wala sila gi include nga manual or guide hehe pero tinker lang gihapon

ask/call globe, there should have be a manual. same w/ mine.

just telnet to the modem, there you can see som configuration options. please let us know if you find something with the firewall settings.

bro, walay firewall settings ang 511e. NAPT lang.

bro, there is a firewall setting on the 511e if you telnet, i just dont know how to modify it.

are you planning to portforward? open your ports?

you can configure it using a browser. Using a browser, open your modem IP. In most cases its 10.0.0.138

to be sure, open your command prompt and type ipconfig , your gateway is your modem IP.

Port forwarding/mapping can be configured by going to your advanse settings and click NAPT.
