How to get rid of spam in your corporate mail

What our IT guy did was gi divert nila akong emails from our mail server to a dummy gmail account then to my outlook. And settings sa akong outlook is ang pop ug smtp sa gmail. Now, what happens is every email muagi gyud sa gmail before sa akong outlook. Mas strict man ug spamming rules ang gmail so a lot of spam emails will not go to your outlook dayon.

(sorry dli gyud ko technical person, hopefully naka gets raka, haha)

@redline, try this suggestion. It's actually very simple and works quite well.
