dali ra jud matsgu sa xlib. they have this shuttle service and take note, be careful sa ipang tabi ky apil cgro driver mosumbong sa management. there was a friend of mine talked something bad bwt the compny while in the shuttle service. the next day she was asked to go to hr then was terminated for that reason alone hahaha. so be careful !!! hahahaha

yup. ang pinakadugay na naa dha na ako nailhan is kato akong trainer, one year na xa. ambot napa ba kaha xa hangtod karon. basta ky come and go man ang mga tawo. but i think, that goes for the other call centers as well. mura ta ani mga grasshoppers. cge ambak2x ug call center. hehehe. dili na ko oi. last nlng ni'ng teletech.

hi there. yeah, i have a lot of friends who previously worked there as csr bcoz they were attracted with the big pay. yeah good pay, higher than any other callcenters is offering but the management is not good. they resigned jud daun.

and i myself had a very bad experience with them during their hiring process. i applied in a jobfair and passed all 3 interviews including 2 final interviews conducted by the employers themselves (americans). i was so happy since i passed everything. they didnt conduct an exam during that jobfair. one hr personnel said that i passed and then i was given a schedule for an orientation the next two days. when i arrived there at their site, the said sched was for exam! goshhhhhh. since i was there, i just took the exam and it was so easy. so i said sure shot il pass. but u know what they didnt call me in a week, two-weeks, three-weeks! until i gave up. when i started to work for a callcenter, they surprisngly called me up and said i was hired! grrrrr.. bUt hell no xlib, nevermind. i really told the one who called me what took them so long to call me up. i ended up rejecting their offer. hehehhe.

good thing you found another job and saved yourself from the agony of being in this company. i almost applied here for the sys admin position. good thing wa ko nipadayon and ni-stick na lang jud ko sa usa ka company nga gi-applyan kay dako unta to nga pagmahay.

I applied there a few months as a copy editor but I didn't pursue my application,I received messages from them a couple of times but for one I don't like night shift (I just got a new job,that time).... maybe I would like the professional growth I'd get from the teams. It has left me wondering how it is working for xlibris....

tragic mu lang! naa ko friend nga bisan naa sya baby pero ang iya bir status sa xlibris kay single ghapon so dako ang gibawas sa tax nya sa iya pa baya previous work kay HOF na baya sya. and when iya gipangayo iyang bir form 1902, giwagtang bitaw na sa xlibris so moadto napud sya bir balik. kahasol lang jud... and also, ang mga nbi clearance ug other forms nga gi-pass nila during application, nangawagtang. imagine unsa kalisud inag resign nimo diri kay tanan important forms nimo di na mahagilap kay nawala na tanan... this is probably the worst company out there based on the feedback from former and current employees...

murag based sa mga feedback sa company since nagstart ang thread (2005), wala pa jud nakahatag ug nindot nga comment sa company other than the high salary they offer. but like what was posted previously and experienced by some of the people i know, kuwang2x ang maabot nga sweldo. bisan ug sa imong job offer kay 20k imong sweldo, ang madawan nimo sa kinsenas kay usahay tag 5k ra ang madawat. and dili pa jud sya isolated case kay daghan ang naka-experience...

mao siguro kasagaran sa mabasahan comments diri kay dili jud mo-last ang mga tao tungod sa way claro nga practices...

i heard naa man kuno ni competitor ang xlibris pud diri sa cebu, publishing company pud. i just don't know the name of the company. would anyone happen to know para pa-applyon na lang nato didto instead ang mga tao.. hahaha!

ang style lagi sa xlib kay murag Pinoy Big Brother. if the management finds you of no use anymore, ipatawag lang ka ug kalit sa higher ups then inig gawas nmo, mag pack-up na dayon ka because you just found out that it is your last day to work for them.
