so this is how it works here in this forum, deleting posts without even telling the person?

and how come kiat_gamay and knight007 posts were not deleted? those are WAY off-topic replies..... sometimes people forget that power comes with responsibility and FAIR judgement..... namirsonal na ang ubang naay gahom diri da....I won't be surprised, being a cebuano far from cebu, that this post will be deleted.... tsk.tsk.tsk

Kung naa man gani rules dri nga i erase jud ang mga posts nga out of topic, for sure and you know that you violated it coz ikaw mismo niapil man sa kumbati nga kahibaw man ka nga out of topic to, gidretso lang ta nimog erase ang mga irrelevant posts nya wa ka ni apil. If you're a law abiding person, you shouldn't react to that out of topic post coz you know the rules of this forum.

In every topic, ang thread starter's first post man ang basihan sa replies, not just the topic itself. Lahi man iya pasabot cgruo pag.open niya sa thread. Although it said places you've been to... food, culture, unsa pa to iya giapil? Kahibaw naman ta tanan sa food, culture nato, though current events wala pero naa man sad lain ana nga thread. So iya pasabot kay other places around the globe.

And why's my post erased?
That was a first hand feedback for a cebuano who've been to those places mentioned...... unsa ra diay angay i-post ang kanang nindot rang mga kultura sa ubang lugar? wa man nag-ingon ang thread starter nga di pwedi ang negative feedbacks.

based on your post(that I quoted above), and my erased post(which enumerates the negative feedbacks of places in america, europe and other asean country), please explain to me the rationally why that post of mine was erased?

Oopps, kalma lang mo yaw pag react violently. I deleted the posts that relate to Slerz first comment, ikaw amaw gidelete ug apil angi mong post kay naa man kay comment about Slerz reaction, para malimpyo ang thread. And we can start all over again within topic. Yap, actually i'm one of the moderators that delete posts without prior notice, in fact medyo na buotan na gani ko gamay karon, it's not power tripping my dears it's just plainly doing my job nga walay sweldo. Naa na sa forum rules nga off-topics will be deleted, it doesn't matter how we initiate our duties, moderators don't have predefined rules how to do their jobs, we are allowed to carry out our obligations within our own discretion as long as... in line with forum rules.

Now, the first conversation was semi-related to the topic. We were discussing about this other place outside our country, US and Katrina, BUT to personally criticize Archer and his comment (was off-topic, i gave you guys the option to start another thread about pinoys abroad harshly criticizing their own people).

However, I will purposely pm the thread starter to let him edit his first post or perhaps the title to avoid confusion and off-topics. Ang kakuan man gud, nindot kaayo'g istorya ang mga taw, except the somehow offensive comment of Archer, then ang nindot nga istorya nikalit lang ug debate. Ayaw kasuko diha Slerz paghimo ug thread about your Ms. Earth. I both warn you, this is not how you deal with moderators in this forum.

ethical or not, n'gel is and will always be a moderator and thus have the power to to do what she see fit in this forum.

if you want to post the good and bad side of your travel, do so, just be a responsible poster and try to stick to the topic at hand, if you feel that you need to post more , create another thread , nobody is stopping you ..

we are intelligent and professional ppl here, let's keep it that way.

last night i went out with my friens at a bar here in Dubai and i had met a lot of Bisaya, even the band playing kai bisaya sad, and the vocalist shouting "para ni sa mga bisaya!" cheering a glass of beer for us. Even mall, public places here in dubai pwerte ka dagahan dili pwede manlibak kai na patiran jud kag kalit. hehhehe

last night i met 1 person na naa common friend pud nao, heheh its a small world after all. KUDOS MGA BISAYA HERE IN DUBAI.
