Nakabasa ko kato gisulat ni CL sa taas na thread bah. Nalibat ko hehehe. Pero sakto jud ka sis dili jud lalim ang trabaho sa nurses. Kung sa abroad ka you get paid well kay hago kaayo ang trabaho didto diba. Kung sa Pinas ka hago gyapon although naa pay mga student nurses na pwede mag tabang tabang. Ang kinabuhi sa tao maoy imo gigunitan, kailangan jud ka alert and sakto pirmi. Sakto na in a sense imo gitudlo sa pasyente sakto, sakto ug hatag sa meds, sakto ug pag execute sa nursing procedures.

Pero basta naa imo line of work sa Healthcare... be ready for Burnout.

Yeah.. There are too many nurses today. And I don't know if it is true, but I heard that some countries, are getting too picky on nurses coming from Philippines because of quality and they say Filipino nurses can't honor the contract they signed on.. Say, some other hospital would offer them a job, then poof off they go.. I dunno if it is true though. Just heard it.

at some point, ky true ni! usahay lagi kay modako man gud ang ulo pag abot dri....diha pa galing daan sa recruitment na ky maro2x naman gali...agency hunting kung kinsa ma una. taka lang sign contrata ky mangiyawat lagi asa nindot pero wa sila kabaw unsa ang consequence. sa US or other foreign countries ky e-honor gyud nila ang terms and conditions sa contracts. ato wa mn paki diha sibat ra daun kung mahimo so, mao pod ila buhaton dri...wa lang sila kabaw unsay pwede legal move sa mga employers.
