kato na dengue ko way back 2000.
na.admit ko sa cebu doc kai ang presenting diagnosis was just a low-grade fever after 3 days. nag luya na ko pag admit nko and cge ghapon ang akong fever.. nagpa CBC ko sa Chong Hua 3 days prior, and pag tan.aw nko sa akong platelet kai 800. next nko ug CBC, ni ubos, 500 na.. diha ra ko gi.admit. pag fourth day mao toi grabe pag kuha ug lab tests sa ako, CBC, U/A, etc... and akong platelet kai ni abot na ug 120, napa ang hilanat na init kaau ko ato, pdong unta ko sa shock syndrome.. pro cge ra ko ug inom ug dghan na tubig. pagka next day, ng anam2x na ug saka ang akong platelet after last CBC, and akong hilanat ni balik nag 37.5... after 2 days of constant compliance, na discharge na ko..
here is an explanation of dengue:
1-4 days, mu start na cya initially as a low-grade fever. then the next three days mg anam2x na ug ubos ang imong platelet count, termed as thrombocytopenia. i.monitor ni cya kai prone to bleeding gyud cya.
