Bank of America was FORCED to buy Merril Lynch =)) basically forced by the FED since FED already bailed out Fannie and Freddie. Like I said earlier... after bailing out FAN and FRED.. who's gonna bail out the others

Karon, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are all that's left... how long will they last?

It's a sad thing when the common citizen can't even trust their banks anymore. Both Investment and Commercial banking are as stable a jello. It's also sad that we have the FED intentionally interfering in the stock market - making margin loans against stocks while all the losses they take are hammered to us the taxpayers. Karon - these same bankers - appointed officials and elected representatives - are evenutally going to destroy our 401K, 403b and even IRA .. unsa man atong angay buhaton?

We have an election coming in November!! And karon, wala pa kaayo ni focus ang mga candidates aning butanga and it's time that they should (actually, kato pa unta tung nahitabo ang Bear Stearns). Ug maka botar mo, please vote wisely.
