Should this three go together? what i mean is kung magpilates or magyoga ka, dili naka mo lift weights or vice versa?
heard from someone na these three dont go together daw...
yoga/pilates ---- focuses on stretching and toning of muscles
weightlifting --- strength
kung mag weightlifting ka dili ka daw pwede mag yoga/pilates kay makaluya daw ang latter ug makapawala ug kusog tungod kay nastretch ang imong muscles....
