YES! but what do u have passive or active HS?

Actually, mostly computer users doesn't care about MCP, actually MCP is hot but its practically normal, as what NVIDIA said they had made test for all their chips for durability, no worries because MCP could cope up even it reaches 100C or higher its still tolerable.

@ 60C is normal! I got the same temperature before even I am using builtin videocard from my mobo when its loaded or idle. I thought because of the builtin but its not, it even gets higher since I added a videocard and it reaches 75C-79C and its very hot cant even touch the passive heatsinks. What I did I added a 90mm fan below inside the case to blow the thermal came from the passive heatsinks. Now I got 50C-58C idle or loaded, and I am happy about my MCP temperature that it goes lowered, even its normal though to get higher.

Modify your casing bro, add more fan if it goes more higher than that as my suggestion!

The GPU is the graphics processing unit of a graphics card or video card, and is similar in function to the CPU or central processing unit of your computer and MCP stands for Media Communication Processor.

So if u have nvidia chipsets basically it is called as MCP, so download free everest to see how your MCP's temperature how it goes higher.

If your using builtin videocard and reaches 80C dont worry its normal but you have to be aware that excessive heat can cause PC's malfunctions and even shortened its life.

Add more cooling options and good air flow.

Lage bro abi nako mao nanang mobo temp sa ako pagkabalo before. Pero first nako kita sa MCP nabalaka na kaayo ko coz rapid kaayo iyang saka sa temperature.

Maynalang ni contact ko sa nvidia and they said its normal daw, usually it idles 60C-70C how much na kaaha if init kaau cya.

About sa northbridge/southbridge sa mga new nvidia chipsets especially AM2 gi usa ra cla mao nanang MCP so it will probably gets higher jud kay usa raman. Ang MCP makita duol sa PCIEX kanang naay passive HS. If ur mobo has a passive HS for MCP ok rana add fans lang labi na naa ka videocard mas mo saka iya temperature jud.
