@pnoize2k4: You are brilliant. Cebuanos and Manilenos are almost the same. While Cebuanos always brand Manilenos as arrogant, they forget to look at themeselves. Maayo lagi tang manaway but some are sounding arrogant just like Manilenos.

@darkwing: Review your geography. Malacanang is in the heart of Manila at the tip of Mendiola beside the Pasig Rver. The Senate is not in Las Pinas, its in Pasay City, GSIS building. House of Reps is in Quezon City at the Batasan Complex but it does not make it capital of Manila.

hmmm if wlay manila, we'll need a new place for malacanang, for our senate, congress and at iba pa. transfer nsad ang gubot sa cebu, davao or wherever the new capital will be.
