Would You Date Someone Who's Seperated but NOT Legally Annulled?

If you happen to like someone.. but you know that he's/she's previously married.. had seperated w/ his/her spouse (the spouse also has his/her own partner).. but they haven't filed for annulment yet.. would you still be with that person?

So I guess I'm living in sin. But basically, the concept of "sin" only works if you believe in religion (which I don't). So in my case, it's basically n/a. Funny thing is, it shouldn't even matter because you don't even know me.

Thank you for the various viewpoints on the matter. Goes back to living his "sinful" life.

the LAW of the LAND still states it is adulterous in nature.

the Lord honors both marriage in church and civil. both are very much binding in God's eyes.

it all depends on how we repent...coz we are not born sin proof.........
