    @mrxxxx: am pretty sure you've not experienced being an agent, know why? not all customer's would yell abusive words to you by using "slang words". There are so many reasons why customer is irate when you received their call, i say to you that one common reason why they are mad is due to the service that they paid for but they were not able to enjoy it..! they get pissed off when agents don't really care at all..

    don't say that agents are using "slang words" for its really a ding in our part when we use street language. you don't really have any idea how professional we are when we treat customers..!

    hey! this is very unfair...have you tried working in a call center? we are not allowed to use jargons or, as you say, uneducated words...don't just comment based on what you hear dude...Ü

    people who gets hired in a call center are people with good sense and command in using the English language... having a technical or financial background will give you an advantage. it doesnt matter wether you are still studying, some companies even have programs that will help you finish school. as long as you get to pass the metrics.

    and by the way, you must really, really be patient and be witty. (this helps you stay in a call center)

    im already getting tired of this job, ill soon be practicing my RN liscence. so, bye2x call center! LOL

I'm telling you guys kay na agi an pod na nako. sayang jud kaau ang time and money. Samotan pajud karon na perteng lisora. I'm not stopping you guys, of course, Fun is always there but just spend little save more. mao ra jud na.

    not really the case anymore. these days, almost anyone can pull off being 'fluent in english' during interview. it all boils down to how desperate the center needs new agents. and how fast the established/veteran agents migrate to the competition.

    no offense to the really deserving ones.
