Both the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers surpassed expectations last season and with both teams expecting returns from their young stars this upcoming season, their goals are even higher.

Born just three months apart, I can see these guys will be having epic battles their entire careers. First off, let me say I love both these centers. The NBA is in good hands with these guys. But i have to choose one and it's gonna be my man, Bynum.

barring any career-ending injuries to both players, i think this matchup could be another olajuwon-ewing in the making... both are young and have great potential... i'm slightly for oden since he has better defense and shot blocking presence...
