To the one who lost his way, he have to trace his steps backward.
Find the reason what happened and how did he lose his way.

Most likely the reason for kids to go astray
is the absence of their father (or no father figure) as they were growing up.

A father is a key factor in the development of a child.
If without a good father figure present,
a child will have grown with emotional problems
that will surface or manifest late in his 20's or early 30's.

I grew up without a father, he left when I was 4.
I know how difficult it is to grow up without one.
So I'm posting here common surveys about fatherless homes.

    Startling Statistics
Results of a recent Men Against Domestic Violence Survey indicate that:

85% of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders come from fatherless homes.

71% of all high school dropouts come from fatherless homes.

75% of all adolescent patients in chemical abuse centers come from fatherless homes.

70% of juveniles in state operated institutions come from fatherless homes.

85% of all youths sitting in prisons grew up in fatherless homes.

80% of rapists motivated with displaced anger come from fatherless homes.

90% of all homeless and runaway children are from fatherless homes.

These statistics translate to mean that children from a fatherless home are:
20 times more likely to have behavioral disorders

9 times more likely to drop out of high school

10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances

9 times more likely to end up in state operated institutions

20 times more likely to end up in prison

10 times more likely to commit rape ... and

32 times more likely to run away from home

You have to commit to yourself that you decided to change.
    Start by changing your environment.
    Stay away from toxic people.
People who are toxic are those people who can be harmful to you.
    Stay away from vices.
    Stop dreaming.
    Face the reality.
    Face your demons.
Feel the pain, face your fears and stare them in the eye.
You are the master of your life.

And finally, to make their life better,
They have to learn to appreciate things.

Make a list or a note.
Everyday as you wake up write something to thank about.
Make it a "thank you" journal.
Thank everything you can think of.
Then you will learn to appreciate life.
And you will start to feel happy about yourself.

    Just keep yourself busy.

    Find out what went wrong.
    Learn from it.
Accept it as another lesson learned.

Accept that you are not for each other.

Don't think of "what if" and "what could be" anymore.

Men easily move on than girls.
So it should be easy for you.
