It is true that some iphone 3G phones are not locked, depende kung asa niya na acquire ang unit. Because there are countries that has laws that " dont allow locked phones being sold to end users". But ang pangutana if tinuod bah gyud that he has this units?

akong pangutana niya balik, ngano man iya giingon diri sa thread na "NAKAPALIT" na siya kang Jay... hmmm, maybe just to support his "brother"
