Hi everyone kasuway ko anang PrePaid card in it's truest sense na prepaid jud... Prepaid Debit Card sa Equitable PCI sauna. Walay bank account and mo ad2 ka sa bank to put load sa imo card. Then pwede na nimo magamit as a debit card. Somewhat weird. pero ok sad to...
