Naa daghan watson sa CDO - sa divisoria, sa SM, sa Limketkai, i dont now kung asa pa ang uban since i was out of CDO na for long.

simple raman gud if u believe the best ang Davao then imoha na syang perspective, lahi lahi man gud ang the best sa tao especially ang gi storyahan is nindut puy an sa Mindanao. if skycraper hisgutan, i know daghan sa Davao pero ayaw lang sab ug conclude na ngil-ad pamatasan sa mga taga CDO kay di jud na tinuod, mga taga Davao ra gani sige panaway sa CDO dri na forum lang ha. naa lang jud ganahan sa CDO kay simple ra sya na syudad, small city tua na tanan para sa akoa lang, dili sya the best but its better...

i dont want to compete who has the the highest building, more projects, more malls basta akoa is asa ko feel mo puyo, a big city like Davao or a small city like CDO. if ngil-aran mo sa batasan sa mga taga CDO as what others mentioned, ayaw pud awata, ipakita pud na lahi mo sa taga CDO. mo reflect man gud na sa inyo syudad, diba?

enough naman cguro tung friend nko na hinawayun sa CDO, kay ingun atu man jud iya personality ug ga salig kay datu. my point lang is we really cant expect other people to act like us and thats reality.

Ako ganahan ko ug non-aircon taxi kay barato..... unya ganahan ko sa hangin sa gawas kay presko ug usahay ang aircon nga hangin maka panohot ug maka migraine headache labi na gikan ka sa init. Pero the bottom line nganong mosakay ko ug taxi kay gusto ko paspas ang biyahe kung nagdali ko. Tapos whats the big deal with aircon taxi bah?...... maraming aircon taxi dito sa Davao kaso lang ang mga tao sometimes practical....... they know they can buy something more important from the money saved.

pa sosyal sosyal lang diay ng aircon taxi? mao ba na imo nabaw an? hmmmm... ako nahan ko aircon na taxi pero dili man ko pa sosyal, does it contradict sa imong post? ironic no? and it isnt a big deal for me if its aircon or non aircon as long as naay taxi, pero for me lang ha mas okey ang aircon.

I was told that the rapids shown on the links above is the "only" Class 2+
(lets say Class 3 para dili ko awayon here) rapids of the entire run on that river.
During the summer rafts cannot run anymore because the water is too low.

Compare that rapids to the CDO rapids below.
And there are more sections that gives you more adrenaline rush.

nope they have 13 categories 3 & 4 rapids figure it out ! Did Cagayan rafting featured in Dyan Castillejo & Marc Nelson TV show ABS-CBN's Sports Unlimited? or Trip na Trip of Cathy De Castro ? they just loved the rapids the best so far , Aussie Marc Nelson is an extreme sports enthusiast ! Marc can't wait to go back in Davao his fave city btw!

Do you have a video (youtube, google video, etc) that shows a Class 3 & 4 rapids?
Please I would like to see.

Yup! Kaya nga nagtataka ako why another city is claiming to be the eco-tourism haven and the whitewater rafting capital. Geez!

Brand conscious lagi kaayo mo diha? Unsa diay problema kung Kia non-air? Mura man mog mga kinsang datu diha uy dili baya..... I said BIG DEAL sa mga branded taxi kung mahurot ra na imong kwarta sa pliti nya wa na kay pamalit makaon..... hala kaona ninyo na inyong taxi.

Isa pa..... walay abog sa Davao kay ang mga dalan limpyo pwede nimo tilapan..... tan-awa:











Abog ka diha ron..... klaro wala ka pa ka adtu Davao kay wala ka kabalo ani.... bakakon ka.

I think sobra ra sad kaayo nang pwede tilapan oy. tilapi raw.

Davao River rapids is classified as class 3+, with 2 class 4 rapids
CdO Rapids is classified as 3 and 3+ (I don't know why 2 classifications), but with more class 4 rapids.

this means that, Davao river is more consistent class 3 and 3+ for it to get an overall classification of 3+.
CdO on the other hand is classified as 3/3+, but with several class 4 rapids, it means that it also has more class 1 and 2 rapids to average at 3 and 3+.

You are obviously clueless about rapids Classes.
Goto wikipedia and find out whitewater rapids Classes.
Or even better try raft first before you define the rapids Classes.

Although raft in not possible here, but this is perfect for white water kayaking. And only in CDO.

A Lonely Planet forum poster was licking his lips because he wants to see this at CDO.
