Uhm, basig wa lang xa na ka contact nmo. Have you tried all means of contacting him? ( i know my question sounds silly. lol. Pero i'm trying to look on the brighter side. xD)
Pero bitaw, scam is seriously.. scary and mean. I do hope you can reach him.

Hmm.. If well known xa, try asking fellow toy collectors na kaila ninyu. Basig naa cla lain contact number niya, or perhaps address.

I experienced something similar but I was the buyer and the other party was the seller (an American). I paid for the book via PayPal, he said he sent it. Two months has passed, no book. I e-mailed him. He said, he'll send another copy. Another two months, still no book. I tried one last time, he said he'll send another copy. No book. Since I don't have proof of the transaction (made a deal outside of ebay), I just sent an e-mail to PayPal to improve their seller rating. I trusted the guy because he was an art teacher and worked in some animated movies.

I still did business outside of ebay (the two World War 2 figures from Plan B Toys) but this time Chris Borman of Plan B Toys turned out to be a really nice guy and shipped the toys via FedEx. We exchanged e-mails a few times and I did some research re Plan B Toys so I felt confident I wouldn't be scammed.

Anyway, I hope these scammers get what they deserve.
