i don't mind receiving chikka msgs from ppl since i have no problems with my postpaid and pre-paid accounts so far. I've been using chikka for more than a year and i haven't received any complains from recipients of my chikka msgs since they don't reply to any registered chikka accounts. just like me.

anyway, you could always record the # of msgs you sent and received to find out if there's something wrong with the charging of the chikka or the telco. a friend of mine monitored all the text sent and received and didn't find anything wrong with the charging.. at least during that 1 month period. we'll never really know unless we really monitor and record/document our text usage.... or unless chikka or the telco admits there's something wrong with their billing system. IMHO.

ang alam ko my friends and family who receive my texts thru chikka will only be charge if I will send them graphics, but they will be prompted first if they they want to open the message or not for $5, if they will open it, then they will be charge $5. This is according to one of my chikka buddy..

is this really true that if my family and friends will REPLY to me using my chikka number they will be charge $2.50? I want to clarify this issue coz looy sad baya tong ako gipang-textan, kailangaw baya pud sila reply sa ako thru my chikka number ... i didnt know na mahal diay gasto nila per reply? how true is this?

mas maayo noon nga naa nay bayad ang chikka recepient kay na may sigi samok sa mga cell sa amoa nga nakadaog kono sila sa GMA foundation, (kana bang pangilad sa cellphone). what i did is bomb them with chikka message and online alerts everyday. online bitaw ko during office hours, da nganong mangilad... i can say in other way...thanks pod chikka!!! (pero looy pod ang uban labi nag wala koy load, hehehehe)

if you add one of your friends sa chikka,
chika will send a message saying, if you dont reply then you will not recieve anymore messages from chika.

if you reply then charge na sayu 2.50

chikka limit the user to so many messages that you can send per buddy, based on my recent experience, i can only send 2-3 messages to my chikka buddy and then on my 4th send a pop-up window will appear saying like this:
my message is not send, to avoid spam daw, they only limit number of messages i can send, my buddy need to reply to my chikka messages via cellphone to my chikka number (which cost 2.50 to 5.00 per msg) so that I can send her/him chikka messages again. i really feels like a trapped, if my buddy will reply to my messages directly using my chikka number, then i cannot text her again. im not sure if only for a day or forever
