    Nardz,

I think this is not a very wise thing for you to do. YOu say the money is supposed to be for your pension plan. So, it seems risky to lend it because if they dont pay you back, you can't exactly pay your pension with an ipod or digicam, can you?
I suggest you open up a BPITrade account. You can't withdraw the money over an ATM. This has worked for me.
Also, stop telling yourself "I'm not good at handling money." You are what you think you are. This becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Money literacy can be learned. Read the right books, talk to the right person. And stop labelling yourself a failure. Say instead, "I am learning how to manage my money wisely. I may make mistakes while learning. But, I will not let those mistakes stop me from becoming financially wise".

Good luck and God bless you!

    Hi,

I'm with Insular Life. I'm not sure if Sunlife has a similar facility with the one that we have. But let me share to you our facility. It's called Premium Deposit Fund. It's a facility within our company wherein the policyholders can put in their premium payments even if dili pa due ilang payments. So, mura cya ug savings account sa mga policyholders namo, and the good thing about is that, while nag-wait didto ang money para didto kuhaon ang future premiums/payment, nag-tubo gihapon ang ilang money at a certain interest (and as of the present, mas daku ang interest rate niya compared sa mga banks.) Try to ask your agent daw or Sunlife's customer rep. Kay basin naa pud sila similar nga facility. Mas safe pa imong pang-bayad didto... Compared to the one that you're doing right now. Just an advice.

Another advice, try to ask around sa banks if they offer gov't bonds, or t-bills with a short maturity period, let's say 30 days... Try asking around lang...
