Kung mg hulat ma citizen mu dagan gyud ug atleast 6 years diay noh? 5 years waiting para ma citizen ang immigrant, then another 1 year and plus para sa petition.

I have a gf, we're like more than 2 years na. She's been granted an immigrant visa in the states and she's been there for 4 months already. Will Fiance Visa work for us? Yes we have plans, pero amo gi sure amo mga moves esp. nga lisod ang kwarta karon panahona.

You have 2 options Brod.

1. After she get her permanent rsidence status (after 1 month) pag minyo dayon mo bisag ug civil wedding lang. Thereafter let her file sa imo petition, you will fall then sa Category nga F2A. waiting time is at least 5 yrs.

2. Either mag huwat siya ma Citizen, which is 5 yrs pa, then she will file for a Fiancee VISA, usually that would take 6 months to 1 yr. to process.

Ako advice nimo ayaw paghuwat ma Citizen siya, pag minyo namu maski civil lang, then let her file sa F2A petiton nimo. At least ang imo huna-hunaon ang imo nalang papers, kaysa dili pamo minyo..simbako ug maka uyab na didto ug lain.ikaw ang alkanse. Besides, by the time na ma citizen siya..automatic upgrade imo application from F2A to Spouse of US Citizen.

Advice naku nimo brod..ayad pag huwat ma citizen ka..File daan ug petition F2A, pareho ra gihapon ng kwentaha mug huwat ka ug at least 5 yrs. You have advantages kung imo file ug petion daan imo wife.

1. Once you got to get your Citizenship, automatic eh upgrade sa immigration ang imong petition from F2A to spouse of US Citizen.

2. Have you heard of the "V" Visa? Visa na intended sa mga spouses of Greencard holders nga nag huwat ug at least 3 yrs sa ila petition, they can avail of this special type of VISA. They implemented this last 2000 pero gi stop napud nila last 2003. But they have plan nga ila ibalik tungod sa daghan nga backlog.

3. You can file income tax as married maski imo wife naa sa pinas..daku ka ug Tax credits and refund kung naa.

Sugdi nalang daan ug petition imong gf (or wife nig homan minyo) kay wa man ta kabalo for the duration of that 5years, basin diay ug madali and ang imong pagka citizen madugay, atleast nasugdan na nimo, and sama sa gi ingon ni emjay, automatic maadjust ra dayon.

Kung makakuha ka ug Tourist Visa pwede mo mag minyo sa US. Therefater pwede na mo file imo wife ug petition. Pag refer mo ug Immigration lawyer para pangitaan ug paagi sa lawyer nga matagaan ka ug VISA nga lain para dili naka mo uli sa Pinas while waiting for your petition to be current.

Pag search lang sa Google Brod..daghan kaayo mga immigration lawyer nga maka assist ana. especially kung naa sa CALI.

Pero kung dili ka makakuha ug Tourist..well mao gyud na ako advice nimo..pag minyo gyud mo..simbako uroy makakita na ug lain didto...Alkanse ka brod.!!

Sis: Your US Husband will file a form I-130 sa US Embassy Manila or the nearst INS office sa US, kung asa siya nga state. After ma file ang petiton you will fall under the Category of K3 (Spouse) and K4 (Children). Ig about nimo sa US then mo file napud na siya ug I-1485 para adjustment of Status.
Usually the cost will go between 300-500$ and will take at least 6 months to 1 yrs to process.
