koykoy: how good are their weight equipments (compared to bodytone) ? do they have olypic bars and plates? incline, decline, flat benches? Squat racks? calf machines? cable machine? smith? and dumbbells? 80lbs? 90lbs? 100lbs?

i'm planning to transfer(if naa'y ko'y makit-an nindot lain) by december... ang bodytone, dili mo puno ug dumbbells (90lbs and up) and the seated calf machine...

my prob with bodytone is they have a very small free weights room, but sa holiday, it's very spacious.

as to the machines, i have seen nice cable machines and others which i dunno how to use yet because i am more of the free weights. personally, i love the assisted chin-up machine because i can do more than 3 chin ups hehe

for squats, we are forced to use the one with a guide (smith?) coz wala squat rack para maka free squat ta..

i cannot confirm their biggest dumbbell, i think the biggest i saw last night was 80lbs.. ill check the next time ill be there bro

if you have time, go there nalang.. their staffs will tour you to the entire facility

I am a member sad - the best gym I have ever gone to. The only one that would compare is prolly Fitness Advantage in Waterfront.

Their instructors are all very good also - mostly the good ones from Fitness Advantage, mga PT pa gyud (again, please don't confuse Fitness Advantage with Fitness First in Ayala - i personally think Fitness First in Ayala sucks because of their shady practice of auto-debiting your credit card and making it almost impossible for you to quit while still charging your credit card).

and koykoy, you forgot to mention something nga gi-offer nila which i think absolutely rocks (although this wasn't mentioned in the newspaper ads):

free WiFi !!! if you have a laptop and wan't to take a break - whip it out and you can connect to the internet for free!
