thermogenics only works if naa kai exercise ug diet.. same concept ra gahapon.. same effects with or without the pills..
how would i know my calorie expenditure? and the right diet for me?
naa baya.. pero naa sad effect sa uban body parts but di kaayo grabeh. depende lang ug unsa imo ig-on ig work out or exercise nimo..
its not mahal compare to the huge and traditional galvanic spa, try it muna if you want to see result.
