ST400 - 2,750.00 / ST40F - 3,350.00. for HTPC i recommend the ST40F sir. it has active PFC while the ST400 has passive PFC. but if you use your HTPC for gaming also and put an updated videocard, i suggest to use the ST50F, ST50EF-P or ST56F.
