    Default Unsaon pag gamay?


    DIET(eating right) AND EXERCISE


    .. but i'm sure you know that by now...

    i made this thread para ma isa nalang to ang thread sa gamay ani na (body part) or basically an answer to most fat reducing questions na ang tubag is "diet and exercise"..

    THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT REDUCING if you want to get fit get fit over all.. it's the same as saying nindot imong ligid sa awto pero imong awto mismo bati.. lol..

    murag.. ingon cya kung ganahan ka magpagamay ug isa ka body part.. tanan body parts jud imo pagamyon.. even man mawala ang fats all over the body..

    i think.. mao akong pagsabot.. mao ba? hehehe..

    so true. there's no such thing as spot reduciton gyud. if imong upper body gamay then imong paa dagko & even if mag leg exercise pa ka dili gyud gihapon na mogamay mismo. maayo pa exercise ka whole body, mo work pa.

    naa naman try galvanic spa sa areas especially tummy ug bukton. effective kaau

    if i'm not mistaken very temporary ra gud na spa2x.. kai gi dehydrate ra ka ana.. i bet pag gawas nimo ana sa spa mo balik ra na in an hour at most.. no substitue.. ang spa owners ra ma lipay.. hahahah!

    @moz_2k: naa kai idea asa ta ka kita ug chart sa mga calorie/nutrition guide sa foods? naa koi program sa una pero na wala..
