Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations Workstations and Servers
- Perform troubleshooting and basic system support
- Administer, manage and monitor servers and IP/Applications services
- Establish, recommend and perform policies and procedures
- Perform regular backups in servers/services/applications
- Extracts Reports on a daily Basis
Job Requirements
- A Graduate of any Information Technology, Computer Science,
Computer Engineering or related course
- At least 1 year working experience on System Administration
- Hands on experience in a Call Center environment
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Knowledge in networking (VPN, LAN, WAN and wireless technology)
- Experienced in MS SQL Server administration
- Flexible, self-starter and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Can start immediately
