IF THERE'S NO MANILA.... You think Philippines would better - IF wala ang Manila unya assuming Cebu is the capital and the most progressive place in the Philippines. Maybe dili ani ka samok atong country karon?
Cebuanos are more disciplined and wise voter than tagalog and it proves. No doubt about it.

And assuming the Cebu becomes the Capital, do you think those rallies will not come here? Do you think that Cebu will be as peaceful as it is now? Not even that, just imagine if the Manila traffic will move here.

A lot of Manileños may look arrogant because of how we talk or how we present ourselves, I had the same impression with Cebuanos when I first moved here. But take a closer look and get to know them, you'll find out that we are almost the same.
