Im currently subscribing to Globelines Broadband 384kbps (router PROLINK H9200 with1 LAN PORT and 1 USB PORT) and I upgraded to 1mbps with (HURRICANE 5200 with only 1 LAN PORT). I could not accomodate all the users at home since 1 port nalang.
I am currently using 3 or 4 computers at home and I plan to discard my old 384connection. What can you suggest on a router with 4 LAN ports that is seemingly cheap but can support 1mbps?

If budget is not an issue get a high end SOHO router e.g. Linksys or Netgear. But it would be best you shell out some moolah for you to enjoy your connection with all of your rigs.
But if you're into tech stuff and you have a spare old PC say a P3, DL an opensource firewall/router OS and your good to go. Learning is a little steep but then again you'll learn how be a network administrator.
You'll have a firewall and router that you can manage on your own.

LINKSYS WRT54g i recommed then add lang pud ka ug 4 or 8 port nga fast ethernet switch para naa paka extra node for furture use.
The configuration would be like this
from your DSL modem to your WAN router then from LAN to your switch. Easy ra pud pag configure ani nga router.

adto lang sa imong suki nga tindahan bai.. nya ask kong unsay naa stock nila nga router para maka palita.. kay kong wala nya na among ge suggest.. bisan unsa pwede rana bai...

ako i just bought D-Link DI-604 nga router (4ports). palit nko sa gaisano interpace countrymall is Php1,400 (Php1,450 ang orig price na hangyo lng
) mao ni akng gamit para sa 1Mbps MyDSL nko nga plan

linksys!Ü i use that! ayala too. check mo sa may rotunda.. naa lagi sila router sa? dapit sa tv.. lingia sa ceiling
