Good and evil is very subjective. No one can really define absoloute good or absoloute evil. In fact, I don't think there is anything absoloute in the universe.
What is good and what is evil depends on the society which one lives in, his beliefs and how one is brought up.
God didn't create good or evil. We created both concepts...and it's not wrong. It is a tool for us, humans, to evaluate ourselves on what we did, what we are doing and what we will do. We are humans and we have the capacity to think what is good or evil for us.
Evil exists so we could improve ourselves. If we are all absoloutely good, we will be trapped in a stagnant society. We will be forced to think into the notion that "he's wrong because he didn't follow what I believe in."
That's my 2 cents.
