    General Guidelines for Blood Type AB
    Blood Type AB individuals are modern eaters. You do best with a mixed diet in moderation.

    You do well with high protein foods, especially deep ocean fish and vegetables (kelp). Dairy works well for you. These products should be from organically raised animals. In addition, most grains, except corn and buckwheat are fine. Legumes (beans and peas) are good for you. And, last but not least, you need to consume large amounts of fresh, organically raised vegetables, especially green vegetables and their juices as well as fresh, organically raised fruits, especially pineapple, and their juices. Fermented soy products (miso, tempeh, etc.) should be included.

    You should avoid red meat, seeds, kidney beans and lima beans.

    You need to emphasize calming, centering exercises and activities such as Meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga. Combine these with moderate physical activities such as Cycling and Hiking.

    The more faithfully you try to regularly use your best foods and the more you avoid your no foods the more rapidly you will see improvements in your health.

    Blood Group AB

    People with this rare blood type should eat a combination of the foods recommended for blood groups A and B. Somewhat confusing when type B allows you to eat most foods, while type A suggests a vegetarian diet! One expert gets around this by suggesting that type ABs follow a veggie diet most of the time with some meat, fish and dairy products occasionally. It’s the same when it comes to exercise too – blood type ABs should combine calming exercises with moderately intense activities.

    hehehe B+ ko unya kusog kaayo ko kaon mais, manok, wheat bread... pero likay lang gyud ko sa baboy as much as possible kay taas na ako cholesterol ug borderline HB na pod.
