But i guess, mas ganahan ko mopuyo ug davao compared to CDO..
why? its like this.. ive lived in Cebu for so many years and transferring to another city, mangita gyud ko ug lugar nga naay parehas/similar nga ika-offer..For example, i love going to malls, so kung mubalhin man gani ko sa mindanao, i should find a city nga daghan ug nindot pud ug malls. Second, the level of urbanity.. I love partying, hanging out to coffe shops and everything that is urban living.. Third, i love the beach. Even though living in a busy city, ganahan ko nga 30 minutes or maybe an hour away lang ang nindot nga beach..

ikatulo - ngano ang taga Davao wala man musupak kun naay musulti nga Sultan Kudarat o sa Sulu

Maayo unta kun wala nay lain siyudad sa Mindanao. Naunsa na lugar ang GenSan, Zamboanga, Butuan, Surigao, Malaybalay, Ozamis, Dipolog, Pagadian. Magbuot ba diay sila kun mu-ingon sila mas mupuyo sila didto kaysa Davao

if you are into bike riding you should do from Elders park, ride towards Campbelltown?, and then Tee Thee gulley? And then ride back on the same route towards Westbeach and then Henley. That would be a good distance.

If there is a bike path along the river from Puntod, in CDO, towards Mambuaya, CDO or farther. The terrain would be similar to the Linear Park bike path. Unfortunately, that would only be a dream for bike enthusiast in CDO. But CDO river is cleaner than the Torrens river.

I like the houses near Tee Tree Gulley pero modako imong bagtak kay ang mga foot/bike paths are up and down

Don't swim in the Elders Park lake though. It's just really not as clean as CDO. Provided, CDO can maintain the condition of the river in the future.

    I'm an outdoor person.
Camping, MTB rides, and bush walking is my forte.
If the adrenaline from MTB rides is not enough then whitewater is the next.
Whitewater kayaking is on top of the list.
And the CDO rapids is just unbeatable for me.
Plus the convenience of the city center is just at end of your kayak ride.
I've kayak a few locations in AUS, but CDO rapids is just special.
The water is just right. Not too cold, not too hot all year round.
The water in AUS is just too cold during winter.
You can ride the rapids all year round in CDO.

Nice condo and shopping malls doesn't impress me.
I've seen too many buildings already from Riyadh, to Pinas, to New Zealand, to AUS.
And that going back to nature is the only answer.
Clubbing is out of the question.

    cheers,
    Bisaya Dako

so your bisaya is a bit limited.
popeye cruise ends at the weir (aka treatment plant) and goes back to the Uni of Adelaide area and a bit farther. There is a nice restaurant where popeye "drop anchor" next to the bridge (going to the church) at Elders park.
