He is a HERO. Yet, Filipinos are not worth dying for. Just look at all the crimes and sins we have committed.

Yes! But his hardworks just put on trash by Filipino politics.
We are still struggling until now.
unsaon man ana jud ang society mag evolve but in evolving dili na ta mobalik sa same situation problem is changing like in other countries...change plays vital role man. so, necessary gihapon ang ang pagkamatay ni jNinoy ky it brought change man lain kung wla..some politicians are careful naman...atleast dili na kaayo ka kuratan ang mga politiko unlike sa una..
na issue na yan dati.....
di nyo lang pinpansin kasi nga hero's welcome na pagkatapos niyang mamatay....and people want to remember him that way. whooopdeeedooo
our history, medyo depressing....the Hero I recognize was killed not in combat but by a fellow filipino.
si Bonifacio...
the americans chose our national hero...which is Rizal, for one purpose....he was a wuss type, passive and non-combatant....dapat niyong tularan, lay down your arms and bolos.
other than that...filipino history written by spanish influence still call our "heroes" bandits/savages...ala-contrabida.....which they're NOT, if you're looking from a filipino perspective.
exactly.. murag si Rizal was sponsored by Americans murag ang iyang image man gud daw ni tumong sa gusto sa mga American,,, nga to liberate by diplomacy.. daw..
Ninoy Aquino a true filipino Hero.
if ci ninoy npa maybe he is executed also by npa they are known to kill there own people ug gtrapo nila ni marcos, after marcos unsay nahitabo sa filipinas unsay nahimo ni cory?
lols... ambot. i dont consider him a hero.
dili sila ka level ni superman.......
I believe that Ninoy's choice to come home despite the possibility of him getting assasinated is not diminished by how we rate how his wife performed when she became president. Dili lalim ang mo decide nga mo-uli nga gikan na ka ug assylum sa america for a conviction that this was needed by your fellowmen. Siguro kung out of 100 ka filipino dili ka kakuha ug maski usa ka kamut nga mo raise sa iyang kamot if asked to do what he did.
It is sad that the later generations who have no clue on how it was to live in that era take his acts lightly and with hardly any respect. Karun naa gihapoy corruption, graft, dirty elections but we do not live in fear of getting shoved into a stockade, we are done with the times, when military men thought of themselves as superior to the civilians, and everyone was looking forward to the day when we could see another person in malacanang other than madame in her endless parties, jewelries and living in the lap of luxury.
Has anyone wondered why the mantra is "never again"? Because those were times when it was hard to be a filipino. Ninoys acts has made it at least a little bit easier to be a filipino. IN the end he gave us hope. Let it not happen again .... and the first test comes in 2010.
