use pppoe, your username and password should be the same..

    VPI/VCI: 0/100

commit and restart modem, chck if you now have internet

BTW, what's VPI/VCI? I'm using Prolink HP 9200 too but my VPI/VCI is set to 0/35. 0/100 doesn't work for me.

i remember pag install sa technician sa ako friend mydsl deretso ra man, wala UN & PW. ipconfig ra man tu iya gi type then work dayon internet. wala nako na try ang suggestion above coz i didn't ask for the UN & PW of my nxt door coz i thought plug & play ang pldt (or is it?). and another thing, sa ako GBB even if dili pa properly na config siya, steady na man ang ADSL light, whereas, sa pldt line sige lang blink. any thoughts? any more ideas there? salamat daan!

all adsl2+ modems are compatible with pldt in any of their network. adsl2 models is compatible with ipdslam and legacy. adsl model is compatible only with their legacy.

    that prolink9200 is adsl2+.

first thing to know if your pldt line is dynamic or point-to-point protocol of ethernet type.

as per amd_infinium said, configure also your virtual path identifier and virtual channel identifier to connect the right virtual circuit to their atm switch then choose the right type of dsl in accordance with your line.

if they dont have that username and password then obviously they are either in ipdslam or in ngn network.

so its dynamic type, configure that to the modem and connect like a plug n' play.
