if you say safe ang davao, then you should let other people live there, no exceptions but if you insist your logical reasoning that they're not allowed in your place, then your talking about impossibilities. you can't avoid those kind of people mate...we are neighbors, im leaving near davao city, i knew its bad and good, advantages/disadvantages.

claro ang akong post, ang mga criminal dili namo gusto dri, what's the big deal about that? ngano ikaw diay gusto ka makasilingan ung criminal? let's be real here, if you've been a victim at one point in your life, then you'd know you'd want criminals to stay away from where you live. of course, that's logical pre. why the need to argue about wanting a safe place?

I know we can't avoid if they insist in staying here in Davao...but, the thing is, we'd rather live without them, that's our preference.

sure ka dili na libak? you just told all of us na "feeling" and "know it all" ang imong kaila na from Davao...and dili pa jud mag-bisaya kay magtagalog lang...that's called back-biting. there are a lot of ways to express an impression about a person without resorting to back-handed comments like those.

OT ni dah pero sige ako ni tubagun...If someone will ask you unsa sya na klase na tao then you will tell the person who asked you the truth about him, matawag ba na sya na libak? okey let us say, ikaw yung taga Davao, then my HR will ask me what kind of a person you are then i will site some good points sayu then bad side pud sa imoha, do you think nanglibak ko? can you define to me what is impression? for me libak is yung habitual na paninira sa tao, BUT if you are only siting some bad points sa isang dahil someone is asking about his background or attitude i dont think libak yun. Being honest is not libakero, being frank is not libakero. I know you get my point. Di ko lubos maisip na may isang member dito na, he is like concluding giving bad impression to someone is libak na. ***sigh***

what's the basis of CDO will be the premier city of Mindanao in 2010 ? mere speculation ? Madame Auring?

for now Davao have ALL the indications of the ONLY ( i put ONLY para kasabot) premier city in Mindanao why ?


Davao as the # 1 progressive city in the previous & latest AIM survey .

No. 10 as the most progressive city in Asia .

no. 3 most livable city MoneySense

No. 5 in Traffic Management in Asia (no. 1 in the Philippines).

Cited as one of 3 cities have a BIG potential in BPO the other 2 are Montivedio & Jakarta and etc.


Now can CDO match this ? Show as your credentials ? Even some rising cities top CDO in categories i've mentioned.An advise do first the catching-up with those rising cities , sa bike race pa sige kag tan.aw sa unahan pero wa ka ga tan.aw sa likod nimo , as prof. bikers will tell you need to pace & not pour your energy in one lap kay kutasan ka ana!

being # 1 should not be based on speculations or mere luck , it have to be earned thru hard work & cooperation of the people .

Does all these facts change my mind in leaving CDO for Davao? We all have reasons why we chose our city the best place to live in.
