Ksabot ko nemo TerryMag na gus2 ka mahatagan ug chance na mahimo na premier (not premiere) city ang CDO, but ayaw pud i-conclude daun that CDO will be the premier (again, not premiere) city by 2010 in Mindanao.. Murag lau ra kaau na sa kamatuoran dah. Unless, mabankrupt tanan banks sa davao, masunog tanan nilang malls, mahagba tanan nilang buildings, or mwala sa mapa? haha joke :P As what u'v said, CDO is progressing, no doubt about that. But Davao is also progressing, mas grabe pa guro ug progress compare sa CDO kay ang CDO, kung sa babae pa na, mao pa lang ang pg-bloom, pero ang Davao hinog na kaau.

Dili man pud kay as much as possible gina-preserve diri natural wonders and resources para dili murag dunot hugaw mga kalsada, maupaw kabukiran, or mahiloan kahanginan sa sobrang pollution by heavy industries. That's why people try to discipline themselves keeping the city clean & green and very strict environmental standards diri just recently Filinvest was only allowed to develop low-density residential sa Dumoy area nga source of world-class underground water for Dabawenyos. Actually Hanjin primarily chose Davao City for its multi-billion investments but didn't pass the environmental standards. Pero pwede pa siguro sa neighboring provinces near the city for other heavy industries like what Mitsubishi Shipyard wll be doing in Davao del Sur. The key is balance in progress but the environment is very important here para dili murag dunot tan-awon ang Davao today and many many more years to come. Ambot lang pud sa imong lugar.
