Dimmu's ok. I liked their older stuff, since it has a bit of black metal touch. Their latest ones shouldn't be compared to black metal because it isn't black metal, but it's still good metal.

This album is not what they call "purest black"
a good band evolve to its best and could be worst.
at least bands like Dimmu (from pure norweigan black) to what they
called symphonic and now going to epic black. i consider that masterpiece.
purest dont agree that if you are pure black you sounds like cheap-raw records
but bands we consider perfectionist quality of its music evolve.
and for a fans like us. lets just wait and see whats next.

Basically, Black Metal Fan is NOT BEING "Mr. Know it all" but just a fan who embrace the music and the quality of the music and what the message of the music is not just because "embracing satan as your god and some one portraying who are not... (posers...)"
