need help websharing or ftp

I need help in setting up web sharing so I can store data or ftp where I can upload and download anywhere in the world...

I am using a Static IP.

Just get a FTP server software.
If you have a router, forward the ports to the PC with the ftp server.
If you dont have a router, open the ports in your firewall.
Setup the ftp server, user account etc., and that's it.

@softtouch_ph, sir I am using net gear router. what do you mean "forward the ports to the PC with the ftp server" and how to do it?... tnx
