smoking is not necessarily to be banned. I don't smoke but what I want for smokers is to smoke at a right place. They must also give some respect to those who are allergic to carcinogens and doesn't want to suffer cancer. Before they smoke they must also consider if the people around them would be okay with the smoker would smokes. So smokers, just ask if it's ok to smoke

I think this not only concerns losing jobs but for the smokers,be sensitive enough not to puff just anywhere you'd feel like doing so
