naa raman diha mga owners every weekend .. I think mga intsik.. but sad to say dili nila mapadali ang order coz not detalye and pag luto and Bisag asa nlang ma abot ang order nga dili amo.a na order.. Like table 1 orders goes to table 10.. Omg!

Anyway its still new basig na bagho.an sa kadaghan customer..
If short orders lang mo goodluck nlang after 30 to 1 hr inyong order.
one I hate is nahutdan..

not a friend from pier 1 and its just my dining experience.

have you been there recently? there's nothing hinay about the service. i went there last weekend. all my ordered food arrived within 15-20 minutes time. basig maabtan 30 minutes if super duper full overflowing siguro ang place. but i don't think that's hinay. understandable man ang time in those circumstances. di mani fastfood jollibee or mcdo, fine dining biya ni.

before siguro pag newly opened nila, pero service has improved a lot recently. kung super full overflowing mga tao understandable mahinay gamay. pero dili naka maabtan ug 1 hour. 30 minutes max na na. akong food niabot man in 15-20 minutes time last weekend. kung weekdays 5-10 minutes naa na ang food. lami man ang food nila. i'm a friend of pier one kay regular customer ko and i love the food there. lechon sisig, lechon kawali, lechon liempo, beef salpicao, calamares fritos, beef with mushroom,... new menu nila grilled swordfish with lemon butter sauce (yum!), grilled salmon head with teriyaki sauce (super yum!), prawn sticks, chili prawns, prawns in aligue, sinigang na prawns (super fresh ang prawns nila!), sizzling bangus belly, lamb shank kaldereta,... they have a wide range of choices. pizzas nila super lami. cakes pud nila. what did you order man diay?

i forgot the orders thats was too many.. I cant remember what's the taste.. only the bad service ang akong na hinumdoman.. no plans going back as of now coz' we're still deciding such places .

you can't please everybody. what's important is that the service now is very good and the food is reasonably priced. i don't think you expect to pay super cheap price for fresh large prawns (harvested fresh from their farms), salmon and swordfish? for these premium items, sakto ra ang pricing. try eating these same items at other restaurants, super mahal. ilang beef salpicao is black angus beef. since it is premium meat, sakto ra and pricing. anyway for those of you who haven't tried pier one, then try it and see the difference. depende ra gyud na kung particular ka sa quality of food that you eat.
