y man no parking available? each unit should have his/her own parking lot/garage... pra fair sa moabang kung naai car...

there are 20 units of apartment and the parking space can handle 8 cars and it's full, that's why it is advertise "no parking available" so you don't waste your time and effort coming over to see the unit and later on you'll find out that parking is not available.
