    Thank you very much for answering the "per capita" subject. I was hoping that those trolls who put one-liner, no brain, comment will do the research/study themselves.

    I would like to add on Marketing CDO, CIC, NorMin. Please see the link;

    NEDA Project Proposal Monitoring

    Here is another forum, it's a bit old, but informative;

    Cagayan de Oro Infrastructure and Urban Planning Thread - Page 3 - SkyscraperCity

    NorMin is not sleeping. It's doing slowly but surely. But most important is, it's putting into practice the simple comment of that Japanese businessman, i.e. "Japan has small houses but big factories while Philippines has big houses but small factories".
    Politicians in NorMin are not saints but at least, itorok gyud nila sa bagul-bagul ang comments like above.

    Note again on my postings here. I did not bad mouth any city at all. Not even mentioning it.

    Japan cannot be based with this country because they are absolutely different from each other. Comprehend the different complex factors in geography, population, culture, economy even religion between Japanese & Filipinos and do further research and discover it's not accurate to base it with the other.

    Japan's geography are mostly mountainous and their resources are limited so they must protect their natural resources hence their densely planned cities in a land with 128 Million population. Naa pa government taxing system that demands around 50% tax when landowners sell their properties. Mahal intawon kaayo didto land prices mao nga practical sa ilaha gagmay mga balay, a Japanese land price in cities run on the average $1000/sqm. much more expensive sa Ginza that already fetches more than $31,000/sqm. Naa pa gani mas mahal ana at more than $164,000/sqm. Their house & lots are so expensive even their employers have to come up with house loans that will be paid not only by employees but including their children and grandchildren.

    Besides I highly doubt about your 'claim' that over there it's putting into practice the Japanese' comment because in CDO there are high-end subdivisions and large mansions except lang daghan bakante and sayang nag-idle lang partly siguro sa overlooked strategy planning of location like Alegria. Pero bisan dinha CDO or anywhere sa Pilipinas majority gagmay gihapon mga balay pareho ra practical that's why it's strange for that Japanese to generalize the whole country when some Filipinos know how to be practical. Except siguro kanang sobra kadako nga mansion dinha sa inyo to the point blasphemous na for its size considering daghan naglisod sa Pilpinas. Nakita siguro na sa Hapon maong nakasaway siya nadamay pa hinuon buong Pilipinas.

    But your claim that CDO is putting the Japanese's advice into practice is highly suspicious and hinimo-himo lang nimo unless you could prove that affluent CDO people there live in practical 2-bedroom housing in the same way the frugal Japanese do but considering sa kultura sa Pinoy unlike with Japanese culture it's least likely you could prove your claim that it's being put into practice there.
